| Requirements: |

| Requirements: |

Minimum Degree in E-Commerce, Banking and Finance or equivalent |

Previous working experience of at least 2 years in banking environment would be an advantage |

Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure |

Possess high initiative and able to work under minimum supervision |

| IT Operators |
| Requirements: |

Minimum A levels preferably with minimum two years of experience in a technical environment |

Experience of working on own initiative, resolving technical problems |

Willing to work on shift basis supporting the Bank’s processing requirements |

| User & Technical Support Supervisor |
| Requirements: |
 |
HND or Degree in Computer Studies or IT related fields |
 |
Possess own initiative, strong interpersonal and analytical skills |
 |
Strong team player |
 |
Minimum 4 years of experience in an AS400 environment, preferably a Card Centre environment |
