| These are term loans granted to finance commercial or industrial properties. Financing of such properties depend on cash flows and repayment capability. The Bank can provide financing of up to 70% of the purchase price or the Bank's valuation whichever is lower. Types of properties include shop units, warehouse, factories etc whether leasehold or freehold. |
