Baiduri Bank today hosted an Indian Food Cooking Class for its Baiduri Prestige customers at Tasek Brasserie Poolside, Sheraton Utama Hotel.
The cooking class is held in conjunction with the Indian Food Festival, organised by the Sheraton Utama Hotel for a period of 10 days from 23 April to 2 May 2004.
Three chefs from Sheraton Hotel Calcutta, Mr Pavinder Singh Bali, Executive Sous Chef, Mr Suresh Kumar and Mr Yash Pal Singh were specially invited to conduct the cooking class. Using a blend of traditional Indian spices and fresh ingredients, the chefs will introduce a few specialty dishes from India and offer practical culinary tips in preparing the dishes.
