Baiduri Bank today (15 December 2004) organised its blood donation campaign – one of the bank’s regular community services activities since 1997 in collaboration with the National Blood Bank.

Baiduri personnel and its customers got together at Baiduri Bank‘s Training Centre at Kiarong Complex giving their support in this noble deed. The blood donation took place from 8:45am – 11:30am which involved a total of 70 members of staff from various departments and a few customers in the life saving exercise.

Since its establishment, Baiduri Bank Group has been fulfilling its obligation towards society through its blood donation drives. The move was in line with a call from RIPAS Hospital, requesting members of the public to donate blood needed to replenish its stock at the blood bank.

The bank is also actively engaged in a number of charitable activities including financial support for child development programmes at Pusat Ehsan and SMARTER, donation to the Cardiology Rehabilitation Centre at RIPAS Hospital, and the annual Baiduri Bank Charity Golf, to name a few.
