Following the launching of the new Baiduri Prestige on 21 June 2007, attended by hundreds of Baiduri Prestige customer, Baiduri Prestige customers were again invited to an exclusive preview of the new Mercedes Benz C-Class.
The unveiling took place at the Jati Transport Sdn Bhd showroom in Gadong. Distinguished guests were notably Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank, Mr Ti Eng Hui, Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking and Branch Network, Mr Andrew Chiam, Executive Director of Jati Transport Sdn Bhd, Mr Phil Myhre, General Manager of Jati Transport Sdn Bhd, Baiduri Bank Senior Management and Baiduri Prestige customers. In addition, Baiduri Visa Platinum Cardholders were also invited to the event.
This is the first high profile collaboration between Baiduri Bank and Jati Transport Sdn Bhd for Baiduri Prestige customers. The ceremony began with a speech by Mr Phil Myhre, General Manager of Jati Transport Sdn Bhd followed by a speech by Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank. After the speech, the new C-Class was unveiled by Mr Pierre Imhof and Mr Andrew Chiam; and was followed with the viewing of the car. A lucky draw was also held to give invited guests a chance to win exciting prizes.
At the launching of the new Baiduri Prestige, the new 5 Prestige Principles – Personal Touch, Progression in Wealth, Privileges, Priority Recognition and Platinum Status were announced as part of the new Baiduri Prestige programme.
