A Signing Ceremony between B-Mobile and Baiduri Bank was held at B-Mobile Head Office to mark the official launching of a bill payment collection service for B-mobile through Baiduri Bank Group counters, ATM/CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) and Internet Banking.
Mr Song Kin Koi, CEO of B-Mobile signed on behalf of B-Mobile and Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank signed on behalf of Baiduri Bank witnessed by Hjh Nurul Haniah bte Hj Jaafar, Legal Officer cum Company Secretary of B-Mobile and Andrew Young, Deputy General Manager Operations of Baiduri Bank. Senior officials from B.Mobile and Baiduri Bank were present at the signing ceremony yesterday.
In its mission to provide innovative and comprehensive financial products and services to the Bruneian community, Baiduri Bank has taken a step forward by offering bill payment collection services to billing institutions in line with their goal to provide customers with convenience and ease in paying their bills. The consumers are the winners in such a partnership.
The main objective of the partnership is to assist B-Mobile in promoting its services by extending the mode of bill payment. Customers will be able to enjoy the convenience as payment for B-Mobile bills or purchase of prepaid cards are now available from the bank through many different channels allowing B-Mobile customers to pay their bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bill payments can be made at any Baiduri Bank branch including two in store/in Mall branches namely Supa Save and The Mall branches which are opened till 10pm daily. Payment services will also be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeks through Baiduri Bank ATM and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) for the general public including B-Mobile customers who do not maintain a bank account with Baiduri Bank Group.
B-Mobile recharge coupons are also available through Baiduri Bank’s 24 hour ATM or Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) network. Recharge coupons can be purchased by debiting account at all Baiduri ATMs nationwide or paid by cash at Baiduri Bank Cash Deposit Machines (CDM).
