Bandar Seri Begawan, 16th January 2009 - Six customers walked away with cash prizes today as part of the Baiduri Finance Multi-Tier Savings Account Promotion which runs from 01 December 2008 to 28 February 2009.
The first monthly draw for the month of December 2008 was held on Friday 9 January 2009. The draw was witnessed by Haji Ahmad Omar bin Haji Hussin, Lexus Division of NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd and a lawyer, Mr Eric Siow Kin Seong from Abrahams Davidson & Co.
The prize presentation ceremony was held at the new Baiduri Finance head office on 16 January 2009 in Sumbangsih Bahagia, Kompleks Perindustrian Beribi. Hj Haliluddin bin Dato Hj Talib, General Manager of Baiduri Finance presented the monthly consolation prizes of $1,000 to 5 lucky winners; Yong Teck Sang, Kum Ah Wan, Lau Kiing Hew, Asmawi bin Haji Sulaiman and Clara Ng Siao Teng. Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank presented the grand cash prize of $20,000 to Ho Gii Hwa.
Hj Haliluddin bin Dato Hj Talib stated, "The Multi-Tier Savings Account continues to successfully attract new customers and satisfy existing ones. This can be seen from the increase in the number of customers opting for the MTSA account, as well as from the increase in balances maintained by customers."
