Bandar Seri Begawan, 28th October 2010 – Baiduri Bank Group recently held a French Language course leading to the Diplôme d'Etude en Langue Française/ Diploma in French Language Studies for its employees as part of its initiative to enhance their knowledge in French language and culture. A certificate presentation ceremony was held yesterday at the Alliance Française de Brunei Office in Kiarong for 7 employees who successfully completed the course.

The course, facilitated by Alliance Française, was held over a period of 25 hours between May and June 2010, at the end of which participants were required to sit for a test to assess their competency. Although Baiduri Bank Group has held several French language courses for the employees of the Group, this is the first time Baiduri Bank Group organized this DELF Course (accredited globally).

The certificates were presented by the Guest of Honor, His Excellency, Mr. Louis Le Vert, French Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam. He expressed his delight to see the keen interest shown by Baiduri Bank Group employees in mastering the language.
