The green packets were jointly presented by the British High Commisioner to Brunei, His Excellency Mr. Rob Fenn and Ms Dorothy Newn, Baiduri Bank’s Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager. Members of Chevening Alumni and Baiduri Bank staff were also present at the charity event.
This contribution is part of Baiduri Bank Group’s corporate social responsibility initiative and its ongoing commitment to aid community development. The Group has been particularly active with charity events during this holy month.
Last week, senior executives of Baiduri Bank Group joined students of the Meragang Sixth Form Centre in a Berbuka Puasa event and later presented hampers to 41 less fortunate students of the school with the aim to help them in their Hari Raya celebrations.
Baiduri Bank Group regularly participates in community programmes in the country. These include education grants to less-privileged children, conservation initiatives and organizations supporting individuals with special needs. Beneficiaries include Pusat Ehsan, Child Development Centre (CDC), Learning Ladders Society and SMARTER. |
