| Low arrangement fee |
There will be an arrangement fee of BND100 on top of the stamp duty of BND0.10, and cashier's order fee of BND20 for making payment to the computer vendor. For student, the arrangement fee is reduced to BND50 only.

| Eligibility |
| All applicants must be Brunei citizens, Brunei permanent residents or valid green I/C holders aged 18 to 54 years old. Additional eligibility criteria apply as follows: |

| For students : |
- The applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student in a registered local education institution and receive a fixed monthly allowance.
- Assignment of monthly allowance to Baiduri Bank.
- A guarantor (Brunei citizen or PR) aged between 21 to 54 years old with a minimum gross monthly salary of BND700. The guarantor should be a parent, guardian or close relative of the applicant.

| For full-time employees: |
- The applicant must be a full-time permanent employee of the Brunei Government, Brunei Shell Petroleum, semi-Government organisations or companies in the private sector.
- Minimum nett monthly salary of BND1,000 assigned to Baiduri Bank.
