| How does FAST work? |
| When you register for FAST, your mobile phone number will be linked to your Bank account or credit card. When you call the FAST number and make a transaction, the transaction amount will be debited from your designated account or credit card. You will then receive an SMS receipt for that transaction. |

| Make secure transactions with FAST |
| Our user-friendly IVR system ensures your transactions are kept safe. Our IVR uses a caller ID to determine the user, and the correct PIN is required to access FAST functions. During the call, confidential information like your credit card number will not be transmitted or stored in your mobile phone. You will also receive verifications via SMS and e-mail after each transaction. In addition, phone service providers are able to detect SIM card duplications and other types of fraudulent usage. |
