Executive Secretary

To provide full secrectarial and administrative support to Executive Management to ensure the smooth running of the office and delivery of quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.


  • Minimum Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or equaivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in an executive assistant capacity to Management Esxecutives in multi-national / cultrural setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess high level of intergrity and discreation in handling confidential information and people communication.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills, eficient and realiable.
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills.
Officer, Group Customer Experience

To propose innovative solutions by conceptualising and designing feasible strategies in the areas of customer service to reduce churn and sustain brand loyalty.


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience preferably in customer service.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate ideas effectively - both verbally and written.
  • Able to work and collaborate in a team environment effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and conduct visits to all the Bank Group's customer touchpoint.
  • Able to work independently with minimal suspervision.
