OUR SUPPORT INITIATIVES
In line with guidelines from Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB), we continue to provide the following support and relief measures to help individuals and our business community facing financial constraints due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
For Individuals

Principal repayment deferment - Retail Loans

  • Impacted individuals may apply for temporary deferment until 30 June 2022.
  • Any previously granted deferments under the COVID-19 Support Measures with an earlier expiry date may be further extended up until 30 June 2022.
  • You will still need to service your interest during the deferment period.
  • All related processing fees (excluding third-party fees) will be waived.
  • All applications are subject to our assessment.

Eligibility

  • You must be employed in the private sector or are self-employed, and are able to prove that your income has been adversely affected by the outbreak.
  • Your loans/facilities must not be in arrears exceeding 90 days on the application date of such request.
  • Deferment will start upon approval and end no later than 30 June 2022.

How to Apply

For Personal Loan, Home/Property Loan

Submit your application via email to [email protected] with the following information:

    1. The company has been financially impacted by COVID-19 outbreak.
    2. You are still in employment.
    3. Your Employer has no objection for you to seek Baiduri Bank’s consideration for loan deferment.

Alternatively, you can drop-off the above documents using the drop box at our Main Branch, Baiduri Bank Headquarters or Seria Branch during banking hours.

You may also email us if you have specific queries about your eligibility. We will get back to you within 5 business days.

Loan Restructuring

  • Impacted individuals may apply to restructure existing personal loan(s) for an extended tenor of up to 10 years.
  • All related processing fees (excluding third-party fees) will be waived.
  • All applications are subject to our assessment.

Eligibility

  • You must be employed in the private sector or are self-employed, and are able to prove that your income has been adversely affected by the outbreak.
  • Your loans/facilities must not be in arrears exceeding 90 days on the application date of such request.

How to Apply

Credit Card Instalment Loan

  • You may apply to convert your credit card outstanding balance of BND500 and above into an instalment loan with a maximum tenor of up to 3 years.
  • All applications are subject to our assessment.

Eligibility

  • You must be employed in the private sector or are self-employed, and are able to prove that your income has been adversely affected by the outbreak.
  • You must have a good repayment history i.e. your loans/facilities must not be in arrears exceeding 90 days or on the application date of such request.

    3. Your Employer has no objection for you to seek Baiduri Bank’s consideration for loan deferment.

  • Impacted individuals may apply for temporary deferment until 30 June 2022.

Principal Deferment or Restructuring of Credit Facilities

Companies financially impacted by COVID-19 may apply for temporary loan principal deferment or restructuring of their existing facilities subject to the Bank's due diligence and assessment.

  • The loans/facilities must not be in arrears exceeding 90 days on the application date of such request.
  • Deferment will start upon approval and end no later than 30 June 2022.

Penangguhan pembayaran balik prinsipal - bagi Pinjaman Peribadi, Pinjaman Rumah / Harta Tanah

  • Individu yang terjejas boleh memohon penangguhan pembayaran sementara sehingga 30 Jun 2022.
  • Sebarang penangguhan pembayaran yang ditawarkan sebagai langkah-langkah sokongan COVID-19 yang mempunyai tarikh mansuh yang lebih awal bolehlah dilanjutkan tempohnya sehingga 30 Jun 2022.
  • Awda masih perlu membayar kaedah dalam tempoh penangguhan.
  • Semua caj bayaran pemprosesan yang berkaitan (tidak termasuk caj bayaran pihak ketiga) akan dikecualikan.
  • Semua permohonan tertakluk kepada penilaian pihak kami.


Kelayakan

  • Awda hendaklah berkhidmat di sektor swasta atau bekerja sendiri, dan dapat membuktikan bahawa pendapatan awda telah dipengaruhi oleh wabak tersebut.
  • Pinjaman / kemudahan awda tidak boleh tertunggak melebihi 90 hari pada tarikh permohonan.
  • Penangguhan akan bermula setelah mendapat kelulusan dan berakhir selewat-lewatnya pada 30 Jun 2022.

Hantarkan permohonan awda melalui e-mel ke [email protected] dengan maklumat berikut:

    1. Syarikat ini telah terjejas secara kewangan oleh wabak COVID-19.
    2. Awda masih bekerja.
    3. Majikan awda tidak ada halangan untuk awda meminta pertimbangan Baiduri Bank untuk penangguhan pinjaman.

Sebagai alternatif, awda juga boleh menghantar dokumen tersebut diatas menggunakan drop box di Cawangan Utama kami di Ibu Pejabat Bank Baiduri atau Cawangan Seria pada waktu perbankan.

Jika awda mempunyai pertanyaan khusus mengenai kelayakan awda, sila e-mel kepada kami dan kami akan menghubungi awda dalam masa 5 hari bekerja.

Penyusunan semula pinjaman

  • Individu yang terjejas boleh memohon bagi penyusunan semula pinjaman peribadi yang ada untuk jangka masa lanjutan sehingga 10 tahun.
  • Awda masih perlu membayar kaedah dalam tempoh penangguhan.
  • Semua caj bayaran pemprosesan yang berkaitan (tidak termasuk caj bayaran pihak ketiga) akan dikecualikan.
  • Semua permohonan tertakluk kepada penilaian pihak kami.


Kelayakan

  • Awda hendaklah berkhidmat di sektor swasta atau bekerja sendiri, dan dapat membuktikan bahawa pendapatan awda telah dipengaruhi oleh wabak tersebut.
  • Pinjaman / kemudahan awda tidak boleh tertunggak melebihi 90 hari pada tarikh permohonan.
  • Penangguhan akan bermula setelah mendapat kelulusan dan berakhir selewat-lewatnya pada 31 Disember 2021.

    2. Awda masih bekerja.
    3. Majikan awda tidak ada halangan untuk awda meminta pertimbangan Baiduri Bank untuk penangguhan pinjaman.

Sebagai alternatif, awda juga boleh menghantar dokumen tersebut diatas menggunakan drop box di Cawangan Utama kami di Ibu Pejabat Bank Baiduri atau Cawangan Seria pada waktu perbankan.

Pinjaman ansuran kredit kad

  • Awda boleh memohon untuk menukarkan baki kad kredit awda yang berjumlah BND500 ke atas menjadi pinjaman ansuran dengan jangka masa sehingga 3 tahun maksimum.
  • Semua permohonan tertakluk kepada penilaian pihak kami.

Kelayakan

  • Awda hendaklah berkhidmat di sektor swasta atau bekerja sendiri, dan dapat membuktikan bahawa pendapatan awda telah dipengaruhi oleh wabak tersebut.
  • Pinjaman / kemudahan awda tidak boleh tertunggak melebihi 90 hari atau pada tarikh permohonan.
  • Penangguhan akan bermula setelah mendapat kelulusan dan berakhir selewat-lewatnya pada 30 Jun 2022.

  • Individu yang terjejas boleh memohon penangguhan pembayaran sementara sehingga 30 Jun 2022.
  • Sebarang penangguhan pembayaran yang ditawarkan sebagai langkah-langkah sokongan COVID-19 yang mempunyai tarikh mansuh yang lebih awal bolehlah dilanjutkan tempohnya sehingga 30 Jun 2022.
  • Awda masih perlu membayar kaedah dalam tempoh penangguhan.

Cara Memohon


Bantuan bagi Perniagaan

Penangguhan pembayaran bagi kemudahan Pinjaman / Kredit bagi Pelanggan Perbankan Perniagaan:

Syarikat yang menghadapi masalah kewangan disebabkan oleh impak COVID-19 boleh memohon penangguhan pembayaran sementara bagi kemudahan kewangan yang ada sehingga 31 Disember 2021. 

  • Pinjaman / kemudahan awda tidak boleh tertunggak melebihi 90 hari pada tarikh permohonan.
  • Penangguhan pembayaran akan bermula setelah mendapat kelulusan dan berakhir selewat-lewatnya pada 30 Jun 2022.


Pelanggan Perbankan Perniagaan

Sila hantarkan permohonan awda melalui e-mel ke [email protected] dengan maklumat berikut:


Sebagai alternatif, awda juga boleh menghantar dokumen tersebut diatas menggunakan drop box di Cawangan Utama kami di Ibu Pejabat Bank Baiduri atau Cawangan Seria pada waktu perbankan.


Pelanggan Perbankan Korporat:

Sila hubungi Pegawai Perhubungan Akaun awda atau hubungi 226 8328 (Cawangan Utama Bank Baiduri) untuk mendapatkan bantuan.

Awda juga boleh menghantar borang permohonan yang lengkap berserta dokumen sokongan yang lain menggunakan drop box di Cawangan Utama Bank Baiduri atau Cawangan Seria pada waktu perbankan.
