With effect from 31 October 2023, the Business I-Banking service will be terminated and will be replaced by our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service. Business Banking and Corporate Banking customers are required to transition to b.Digital Business to continue performing internet banking transactions.

1. Why is the Business I-Banking service being terminated?
We launched our new Baiduri b.Digital Business on 19 September 2022, and both platforms have coexisted since then while customers were progressively being migrated to b.Digital Business.
The termination of Business I-Banking is part of our strategic initiative to upgrade and enhance our digital banking services. b.Digital Business offers improved features and capabilities to better serve our business customers. -
2. When should I transition to the new b.Digital Business?
We recommend completing the transition as early as possible to avoid any disruption in your banking services before the termination of Business I-Banking on 31 October 2023.
Before 31 October 2023, you can find the b.Digital Business Amendment Form here. Simply download the form, complete it, and then submit it directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters. -
3. I need to change a user, what information do I need to include on the amendment form? Are there any additional forms required?
You need to complete an amendment form for the user and provide a copy of their valid Identification card (IC).

4. What happens if I don't transition to b.Digital Business by the deadline (31 October 2023)?
After 31 October 2023, access to Business I-Banking will no longer be available. To continue using internet banking services, you will need to submit the b.Digital Business Application Form along with the required documents directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

5. How long does it take to process my amendment or application forms after submission so that I can start using b.Digital Business?
Typically, it takes 3-5 working days.

6. Is there any other way I can submit the forms, rather than submitting to Baiduri Digital Hub?
Alternatively, you can also submit your amendment or application forms at your nearest Baiduri Bank branch.

7. Will there be any changes in fees or charges with the transition to b.Digital Business?
There are no changes to the fees or charges.

8. Are training sessions available for using the new b.Digital Business platform?
