The new enhanced Baiduri Prestige entails a banking and lifestyle programme that aims to provide the highest level of service and support for its clientele. The new programme has been re-designed based on 5 Prestige Principles – Personal Touch, Progression in Wealth, Priority Recognition, Privileges and Platinum Status.

The new Baiduri Prestige programme was unveiled on 21 June 2007 at Indera Kayangan Ballroom, The Empire Hotel & Country Club. The ceremony was officiated by Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Masna binti Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar’Ali Saifuddien Khairi Waddien.

Baiduri Prestige constantly strives to enhance customers’ banking experience. The latest additions to the lifestyle programme are providing customers with a monthly subscription for Prestige magazine and the Priority Pass program. Prestige magazine is the lifestyle magazine of choice for Asia’s affluent and influential – packed full of useful, relevant material that enriches, informs and entertains. Priority Pass program is the world’s largest independent airport VIP lounge program that gives members access to over 500 airport VIP lounges in 90 countries and over 275 cities worldwide, regardless of members’ choice of airline, class of ticket or membership in an airline lounge program.

As Prestige members enter the Prestige Centre in Kiulap branch, a cosy reception area awaits them. While waiting to be served by Prestige Relationship Personnel, Prestige members can enjoy an array of business magazines and business channels on Astro whilst enjoying a cup of coffee. The level of sophistication allows Prestige members to do their banking in a private and professional environment. At the Prestige Centre, members enjoy dedicated Prestige Relationship banking, and can use a range of services including cheque protection service, waiver on commission on traveler’s cheques, preferential exchange rates on foreign currency transaction, Internet Banking, mail and fax services.

Subsequently, Baiduri Bank clients have access to the exclusive services of the Baiduri Wealth Management Centre which is situated on the second floor of Kiulap branch. Certified Financial Planners are available to assist in financial enquiries and provide a free Financial Health Check.

As part of the launch, a three-month LG Prada Phone promotion was held from 21 June – 21 September 2007. The Prada phone by LG (KE850) is a unique, sophisticated and elegant mobile phone with the first complete advanced touch interface. The promotion gives two lucky Baiduri Prestige members the chance to win an LG Prada phone each. The draw for the promotion was held on Friday, 28 September 2007 at the Baiduri Prestige Centre, Baiduri Yayasan branch. The draw was conducted by a lawyer from Abrahams, Davidsons & Co, Mr Charles Lim in the presence of Baiduri Bank management and staff.

The winners are Mr. Ng Shu Goon and Ms. Teo Chew Len. Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank was on hand to present the prizes to the aforementioned winners. The prize presentation ceremony took place at the Baiduri Prestige Centre, Kiulap branch with the presence of Mr Ti Eng Hui, Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking and Branch Network, Ms Alvina Chung, Baiduri Prestige Manager and other senior executives of Baiduri Bank.
