Bandar Seri Begawan, Friday 8th June 2012.  In its continuous effort to providing good service and customer satisfaction, Baiduri Bank launched its brand new modern e-Banking Centre at Unit 4, Block B, 1st Floor, Kiarong Complex, Lebuhraya Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah.

The Baiduri Bank e-Banking Centre is a dedicated resource centre for the general public to find out more about Baiduri Bank’s array of electronic channels.  The e-Banking Centre handles all customer inquiries, registrations and hold demos to anyone whether individuals or firms and limited companies.  “There is something for everyone.” said Pierre Imhof, CEO of Baiduri Bank Berhad. Baiduri Personal iBanking (PIB) and Business i-Banking (BIB), FAST mobile banking facilities will be the star attraction. The Centre also assists customers with payment services, set up standing instructions; and payroll facilities.

An ‘open house’ was held where those who visited the centre were treated to light snacks and refreshments.  Visitors had the chance to participate in a mini quiz and stood a chance to win Baiduri Bank e-Banking shopping bags.

Customers can pay their Baiduri Finance Hire Purchase; Baiduri Credit Card; mobile phone and broadband internet bills; water bills; and electricity bills through Baiduri Bank’s electronic payment facilities.

In August 2010, Baiduri Bank launched its enhanced BIB service.  A popular new feature is the ability to allow multiple user IDs to merge into one single user ID so that they can input, view and authorize all at the same time.  This feature offers a 360 degree view of transactions.
