Bandar Seri Begawan, Thursday 27 November 2014. Baiduri Bank announced the reopening of its Mall Branch on the 26th of November 2014 following the completion of renovation and upgrading works.

The renovation is part of Baiduri Bank’s new branch network configuration project which seeks to redesign each branch to suit the market segment and its surrounding area with the aim to provide superior customer experience. The renovation which took three weeks included upgrades and improvements to teller services, sales and ATM areas. Free Wi-Fi is also now available.

Elaborating on the branch network configuration project, Pg Azaleen bin Pg Dato Hj Mustapha, Head of Retail Banking and Branch Network said, "Our strategy lies in becoming more accessible and offering customers superior financial services. We continue renovating our branches to accommodate our customers’ evolving needs".

Speaking on the Bank's customer-centric approach, Pg Azaleen said, "Our customers are at the centre of our business. During the renovation, we temporarily extended the operating hours at the nearby Kiulap Branch to provide an alternative avenue to our regular customers", adding, "The renovated premises also provides a pleasant working environment which is key to maintaining staff morale and this in turn, facilitates better work efficiency".

The Mall Branch will resume its normal operating hours from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm from Monday to Saturday and 10:30 am to 8:30 pm on Sunday. For further enquiries on products and services, the public can call Baiduri Bank Mall Branch at 2421419.
