Me time for the ladies (this “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:

1. Term
1.1 This Offer is valid from 2 September 2024 to 30 September 2024, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is only applicable at Ageless Beauty, Batu Bersurat (the “Merchant”).

2.2 For the purpose of this Offer, only the following Cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (the “Eligible Card”):

2.3 Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

3. Offers
3.1 For every BND300 spend in a single receipt with their Baiduri Credit or Debit Card, Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to 100 Royal Skies Miles. (“Eligible Cardholders”).

3.2 Royal Skies miles are capped at a maximum of 500 Royal Skies miles per Eligible Cardholder throughout the Offer Period.

3.3 To benefit from this Offer, Eligible Cardholders must have an active Royal Skies account with Royal Brunei. If a cardholder does not have a Royal Skies account, they must open one with Royal Brunei to receive the Royal Skies miles.

3.4 Royal Skies miles will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s Royal Skies account within 30 calendar days after the end of the Offer Period.

3.5 The crediting of the Royal Skies Miles is subject to the terms and conditions of the Royal Skies program and any applicable airline policies.

3.6 Eligible Credit Cardholders can enjoy 50% off processing fee when they convert their purchases into 6 or 12 monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.

4. General
4.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms).

4.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

4.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

4.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

4.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:

User’s full name
User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
User’s mobile number
User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.
