    Cuti-cuti Malaysia with Straits Central Agencies (this “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Term
    1.1 This offer is valid from 20 August 2024 to 31 October 2024, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at participating outlets (the “Merchant”) below:
    • Straits Central Agencies, Setia Kenangan 2 Kiulap
    • Merchants that accept card payments in Malaysia

    2.2 For the purpose of this Offer, only the following cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (the “Eligible Card”):
    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have seen suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.4 Staff members of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad and Straits Central Agencies are not eligible for this Offer.

    3. Offer
    3.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance when they spend a minimum of BND20 (or its equivalent in RM) in a single receipt at POS terminals in Malaysia. (“Eligible Transaction”).

    3.2 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to three (3) lucky draw chances when they spend a minimum of BND20 (or its equivalent in RM) in a single receipt at Straits Central Agencies.

    3.3 Chances accumulated for spending on a Supplementary Card will be reflected under the Principal Card account.
     
    3.4 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Transactions.

    4. Prizes
    4.1 Winners will be selected in random computerised draws to win the following:

    30,000 Royal Skies miles + 4D 3N stay in Penang with breakfast + Travel luggage set


    Second Prize

    4.2 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank.
     
    4.3 Prizes must be collected in person or by an authorized representative. The representative must present the original duly completed authorization letter from the winner and the representative’s original identity card at point of collection.

    4.4 The prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable or exchangeable for cash. All prizes do not include tax and stamp duty charges.
     
    4.5 Baiduri Bank reserve the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
    4.6 Baiduri Bank reserve the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
     
    4.7 Baiduri Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.
     
    4.8 Baiduri Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes should be resolved directly with Straits Central Agencies.
     
    5. General
    5.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms).

    5.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
     
    5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
