Make shopping a ride (this “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion eligibility

1.1 This Promotion begins on 13 April 2023 and ends on 9 October 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

1.2 This Promotion is applicable at the following outlets of Supa Save (collectively, the “Participating Outlets”).

1.3 For the purpose of this Promotion, only the following Baiduri Cards are eligible (“Cards”, a “Card”);

1.4 This Promotion is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary cardholders, subject to clause 1.3 (“Eligible Cardholders”).

1.5 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever before the winners of the Promotion are announced, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

1.6 Staff members of Baiduri Bank and its subsidiary companies and Supa Save are not eligible for this Promotion.

2. Promotion Mechanics

2.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for each transaction of BND100 and above in a single receipt (an “Eligible Transaction”).

2.2 Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Cardholders are entitled to two (2) chances in the lucky draw for each Eligible Transaction.

2.3 Chances accumulated for spending on a Supplementary Card will be reflected under the Principal Card account.

2.4 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Transactions.

3. Prizes

3.1 Monthly prizes

3.1.1 Winners will be selected in random computerised draws to win shopping vouchers worth BND150.

3.1.2 There will be five (5) winners per Qualifying Transaction Period.

3.1.3 Each Eligible Cardholder can only win once in the monthly draws during the Promotion Period.

3.1.4 Monthly draw winners will still be eligible for the Grand Draw as long as they meet the spend requirements (subject to Clause 2.1 and 2.2).

3.2 Grand Draw prizes

3.2.1 Chances earned in all Qualifying Transaction Periods listed in 3.1.2 above will be pooled together for the Grand Draw.

3.2.2 Winners will be selected in random computerised draws to win the following prizes:

3.2.3 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank.

3.2.4 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save reserve the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.

3.2.5 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save reserve the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

3.2.6 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

3.2.7 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the supplier.

4. Sign up offer

4.1 This Promotion is applicable to successful applicants of eligible cards listed in clause 1.3 during the Promotion Period (“Successful Applicants”).

4.2 Successful Applicants are entitled to the following fee waivers:

2 years for Baiduri Credit or Debit Card
4 years for Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank

4.3 Successful Applicants can also enjoy an interest rate of 1% p.a. for 12 months if they transfer their credit card balance from other banks during the Promotion Period.

5. General

5.1 This Promotion is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

5.2 This Promotion is governed by Baiduri Bank and Supa Save’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

5.3 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.

5.4 Baiduri Bank and Supa Save reserve the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. All matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
