    Feast and usher in a year of prosperity (this “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 This Promotion is valid from 9 February 2024 to 24 February 2024, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    1.2 By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing Bank customers holding selected Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards (each an “Eligible Card”, collectively “Eligible Cards”) as follows (each an “Eligible Cardholder”, collectively “Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Mastercard Platinum Debit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card

    2.2 The card account must be valid, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times, as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. If the card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason, the cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (notwithstanding that the cardholder’s other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.3 For the purpose of this Promotion, the list of participating merchants (each a “Participating Merchant”, collectively “Participating Merchants”) is as follows:

    • All Seasons Restaurant – Aman Hills, Freshco Batu Satu, Onecity Shopping Centre, KB Sentral and Times Square Shopping Centre
    • Emperor’s Court, Hua Ho Manggis Mall (Dine-in only)
    • Excapade Japanese Sushi Restaurant – Jaya Setia, Jerudong, Kiulap, Kuala Belait and Serusop (Not applicable for Yee Sang, party sets, sushi boats, catering and any other in-house promotions)
    • GK Restaurant, Batu Bersurat and Sg Hanching
    • Gu Xiang Yuan Restaurant, Kiulap and Onecity Shopping Centre
    • Ho Chak Restaurant, Menglait
    • Hungry Bar & Bistro Restaurant, Q-lap Complex, Kiulap (Selected menu only)
    • I-Lotus Restaurant, Rimba
    • Jade House Cuisine, Centrepoint Hotel, Gadong (Dine-in only)
    • Kokoro Ramen (Mutakkiya), Impiana Jaya Complex, Kiulap
    • Nyonya Restaurant, Gadong and Kiulap
    • Old Road 10, Gadong
    • Pondok Sari Wangi Restaurant, Gadong and Jerudong
    • Tasek Brasserie, Radisson Hotel
    • Vanda Chinese Restaurant, Mulia Hotel, Anggerek Desa
    • Yam Cha Restaurant, Gadong Central

    2.4 Employees of Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad and Participating Merchants are only eligible for the Cash Rebate Offer under this Promotion.

    3. Promotion Mechanics

    3.1 Cash Rebate Offer

    3.1.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a cash rebate when they spend any amount (no minimum spend) at Participating Merchants on 9 February 2024 and 24 February 2024 (subject to the Participating Merchant’s terms and conditions and business hours).

    3.1.2 The cash rebate amount each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to will be determined according to the type of card used as follows:

    Baiduri Card Type

    Cash Rebate

    Infinite Credit

    38% of transaction amount

    Platinum Credit

    28% of transaction amount

    Classic Credit

    10% of transaction amount

    Debit

    10% of transaction amount



    3.1.3 Each Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to only one (1) cash rebate per day, capped at BND68, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used at Participating Merchants.

    3.1.4 Any cash rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within three (3) weeks from the transaction date.

    3.1.5 Any enquiries pertaining to the cash rebate must be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the transaction date.

    3.1.6 This Cash Rebate Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.

    3.2 Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw

    3.2.1 A minimum spend of BND50 in a single receipt at Participating Merchants during the Promotion Period with an Eligible Card is equivalent to one (1) lucky draw chance in the Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw (“Eligible Lucky Draw Chance”). Transactions spent cannot be split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Lucky Draw Chances.

    3.2.2 Lucky draw chances earned from spending on Supplementary Cards will be reflected under the Principal Card accounts.

    3.2.3 Thirty (30) winners will be selected to win a bill wipe-out worth BND188 in a random computerised draw on such date(s) as the Bank may determine at its own discretion. Each winner shall receive a maximum of one (1) bill wipe-out.

    3.2.4 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the draw.

    3.2.5 Winners of the lucky draw will be notified via SMS to their last known mobile number based on the Bank’s records within two (2) weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

    3.2.6 The bill wipe-out will be credited into each winner’s card account within three (3) weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

    3.2.7 The bill wipe-out is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    3.3 New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer

    3.3.1 Customers who apply for selected Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards during the Promotion Period and existing holders of selected Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards who apply for a credit limit increase during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the following offers:

    1. 4-year annual fee waiver for Royal Brunei Visa Credit and Debit Cards by Baiduri Bank; or
    2. 3-year annual fee waiver for Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards other than Royal Brunei Visa Credit and Debit Cards listed in clause 3.3.1(a) above.

    3.3.2 Cardholders who successfully apply for a credit card balance transfer from other banks as part of their Baiduri Bank credit card application during the Promotion Period are entitled to the credit card balance transfer interest rate of one per cent (1%) per annum for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the balance transfer is approved, after which any remaining amount from the balance transfer will revert to the standard interest rate.

    3.3.3 For the purpose of this New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer, only the following selected Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards are applicable:

    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card

    3.3.4 This New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary Cardholders, provided that they are in the same application. This Offer is not applicable to standalone Supplementary Card applications.

    4. General

    4.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    4.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these Terms.

    4.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    4.4 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Eligible Cardholder’s personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third party for the purpose of this Promotion and the Eligible Cardholder confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

    4.5 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
