    Win a Malaysian getaway (this “Offer”) terms and conditions.

    1. Term

    1.1 This Offer is valid from 8 August 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Offer is applicable at the following venues (“Participating Outlets”):

    • Point-of-Sale (POS) card terminal payments in Malaysia
    • Straits Central Agencies, Setia Kenangan 2, Kiulap

    2.2 The Offer is applicable to the following Baiduri Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).
    2.4 Staff members of Baiduri Bank and its subsidiary companies and Straits Central Agencies are not eligible for the lucky draw in this Offer.

    3. Offer Mechanics

    3.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for every minimum spend of BND20 (equivalent to RM60) at POS terminals in Malaysia in a single receipt. (“Eligible Transaction”).

    3.2 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to two (2) chances in the lucky draw for card payments made at Straits Central Agencies during the Offer Period.

    3.3 Chances accumulated for spending on a Supplementary Card will be reflected under the Principal Card account.

    3.4 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Transactions.

    4. Prizes

    4.1 Winners will be selected in random computerised draws to win the following:

    First Prize

    40,000 Royal Skies miles + 4D 3N stay at Genting Highlands and Kuala Lumpur. Includes return transfer and breakfast for two.

    Second Prize

    40,000 Royal Skies miles + 4D 3N stay at Melaka and Kuala Lumpur. Includes return transfer and breakfast for two.

    Third Prize

    25,000 Royal Skies miles + 4D 3N stay at Pullman Kuching, Sarawak. Includes breakfast for two.

    Fourth Prize

    20,000 Royal Skies miles + 3D 2N stay at Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai, Sabah. Includes breakfast for two.

    Fifth Prize

    3D 2N stay at the Privilege Room Mercure Miri City Centre and Parkson shopping voucher. Includes breakfast for two.

    4.2 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank.

    4.3 Prizes must be collected in person or by an authorized representative. The representative must present the original duly completed authorization letter from the winner and the representative’s original identity card at point of collection.

    4.4 The prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable or exchangeable for cash. All prizes do not include tax and stamp duty charges.

    4.5 Baiduri Bank and Straits Central Agencies reserve the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.

    4.6 Baiduri Bank and Straits Central Agencies reserve the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    4.7 Baiduri Bank and Straits Central Agencies shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    4.8 Baiduri Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes should be resolved directly with Straits Central Agencies.

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

    5.2 Baiduri Bank and Straits Central Agencies reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer at their discretion.

    5.3 The decision by Baiduri Bank and Straits Central Agencies on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
