    Win an air-mazing holiday with the ultimate travel card (“this Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Promotion eligibility
    1.1 This Promotion begins on 28 August 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

    1.2 For the purpose of this Promotion, only the following Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (“Cards”, a “Card”);
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    1.3 This Promotion is applicable to both Principal and Supplementary Cards, subject to clause 1.2 (“Eligible Cardholders”).

    1.4 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever before the winners of the Promotion are announced, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    1.5 Staff members of Baiduri Bank and its subsidiary companies and Royal Brunei Airlines are not eligible for this Promotion.

    2. Promotion Mechanics
    2.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for transactions of BND100 and above at point of sale (POS) terminals in Brunei in a single receipt during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”).

    2.2 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to two (2) chances in the lucky draw for transactions of BND100 and above at overseas point of sale (POS) terminals in a single receipt during the Promotion Period.

    2.3 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Transactions.

    2.4 Chances accumulated for spending on a Supplementary Card will be reflected under the Principal Card account.

    2.5 ATM withdrawals, cash advances, annual fees, interest charges, late charges, balance transfers, monthly instalments of an existing 0% Instalment Plan and any amount charged to the Card that is subsequently cancelled, voided, refunded or reversed are not Eligible Transactions.

    3.2 Forty-five (45) winners will be selected each month during the Promotion Period in random computerised draws to win the following:

    3.3 Eligible Cardholders can only win monthly prizes once during the Promotion Period and are not eligible for subsequent monthly draws.

    3.4 Monthly draw winners will still be eligible for the Grand Draw as long as they meet the spend requirements (subject to Clauses 2.1 and 2.2) and qualifying transaction periods.

    3.5 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank two weeks after the Promotion Period to attend a Prize Presentation ceremony.

    3.6 Baiduri Bank reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualifies or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.

    3.7 Prizes must be collected in person or by an authorized representative. The representative must present the original duly completed authorization letter from the Winner and the representative's original identity card at point of collection.

    3.8 The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

    3.9 Royal Skies miles will be credited into the Winners’ Royal Skies membership account within a month after card is issued. Winners must have a valid Royal Skies membership account, otherwise they will be required to sign up for an account.

    3.10 Baiduri Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    4. Sign up offer

    4.1 This Promotion is applicable to successful applicants of eligible cards listed in clause 1.2 when they sign up for a Royal Brunei Visa Card or transfer their Credit Card balance from other banks during the Promotion Period (“Successful Applicants”).

    4.2 Successful Applicants for the Cards are entitled to the following offers:

    Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card

    - 4 years annual fee waiver
    - 2,000 Royal Skies miles (New customer to Baiduri Bank)
    - 1,000 Royal Skies miles (Credit Card balance transfer applicants)

    Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card

    - 4 years annual fee waiver
    - 2,000 Royal Skies miles (New customer to Baiduri Bank)
    - 1,000 Royal Skies miles (Credit Card balance transfer applicants)

    Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card

    - 4 years annual fee waiver

    4.3 Annual fee waiver is applicable to all Principal Card applications or Principal Card with Supplementary Card applications. Cardholders who cancel their Royal Brunei Visa Card and reapply within the next 6 months will not be eligible for the annual fee waiver.

    4.4 Royal Skies miles will be credited into Successful Applicants’ Royal Skies membership account within a month after card is issued. Winners must have a valid Royal Skies membership account, otherwise they will be required to sign up for an account.

    5. General
    5.1 This Promotion is governed by Baiduri Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.2 Baiduri Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
