    Win BND100 cash rewards with Baiduri Mastercard® Platinum Business Credit Card Spend Campaign (this “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

    1. Term
    1.1 This Promotion is valid from 9 October 2023 to 9 December 2023 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank (the “Bank”) at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    1.2 By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 You will qualify for the Promotion (“Eligible Cardholder”) if:

    a.) you are a new or existing Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Business Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) cardholder during the Promotion Period; and
    b.) your Eligible Card account is active and in good standing with the Bank during the Promotion Period.

    2.2 New Eligible Cardholders who sign up for the Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Business Credit Card during the Promotion Period can enjoy a five (5) year annual fee waiver.

    2.3 The co-branded Baiduri Mastercard Business Credit Card and Baiduri Mastercard Classic Business Credit Card are excluded from being an Eligible Card.

    3. Promotion Mechanics
    3.1 Every BND500 spent using your Eligible Card is equivalent to one (1) lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period. The lucky draw chances will be calculated based on the accumulated transaction spent during the Promotion Period. For illustration purposes, an accumulative transaction of BND2,500 spent during the Promotion Period would entitle the Eligible Cardholder to five (5) lucky draw chances.

    3.2 Transactions on the Eligible Card in the form of cash withdrawals, balance transfers, reversals, refunds, disputed purchases, Bank’s levied fees or charges and payments or credits on the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period will be excluded from being an eligible transaction.

    4. Lucky Draw Prizes
    4.1 The draws will be conducted using an electronic system on 9 November 2023 (the “1st Draw Date”) and 11 December 2023 (the “2nd Draw Date”) (collectively known as the “Draw Dates”) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its own discretion without prior notice.

    4.2 A total of 60 winners (the “Winners”) will be selected at random from the pool of participants on the Draw Dates. 30 winners will be selected on the 1st Draw Date and 30 winners will be selected on the 2nd Draw Date. The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the draw.

    4.3 Transactions accumulated by Eligible Cardholder for (a) the period from 9 October 2023 to 8 November 2023 will qualify for the 1st Draw Date and (b) the period from 9 November 2023 to 9 December 2023 will qualify for the 2nd Draw Date.

    4.4 All Winners will be notified by phone call based on the Winners’ registered phone number(s) with the Bank. Winners from the 1st Draw Date will be notified on 13 November 2023 and Winners from the 2nd Draw Date will be notified on 15 December 2023.

    4.5 Each Winner shall receive a one-time BND100 cash rebate (“Prize”) which can be used to off-set the next Eligible Card bill statement. For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner shall only receive a maximum of one (1) Prize under this Promotion.

    4.6 If you are selected as a Winner, your Prize will be credited into your Eligible Card account on or before 22 December 2023 (or such other date as may be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion).

    4.7 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    4.8 Any Prize that is unsuccessfully credited will be forfeited and the Bank shall have the sole discretion to award the Prize to other participants who have been randomly selected as back-up Winners.

    4.9 The Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    5. General
    5.1 The Eligible Cardholder consents to the collection, use and disclosure of the Eligible Cardholder’s personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Promotion and such other third party for the purpose of this Promotion and the Eligible Cardholder confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on

    5.2 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion or vary any of the Terms of this Promotion.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
