    Creating your dream haven (this “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

    Term

    1.1 This Offer is valid from 18 March 2024 to 31 May 2024, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at participating outlets of Fabrica Sendirian Berhad (the “Merchant”) below:

    • Fabrica, Sunway Centre
    • Fabrica, Gadong
    • Fabrica, Kuala Belait

    2.2 This Offer is applicable to all existing and new Credit and Debit Cardholders of the Bank during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Cardholder”).

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.4 The following cardholders will not be entitled to this Offer:

    2.4.1 Staff members of Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad.

    2.5 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw (the “Draw”) for every cumulative spend of BND500 with their Baiduri Credit or Debit Card during the Offer Period at participating outlets of the Merchant.

    3.2 No lucky draw forms are required; chances are automatically given to Eligible Cardholders.

    3.3 The Draw will be conducted using an electronic system on such date as the Bank may determine at its own discretion.
     
    3.4 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found to be disqualified from the Draw.

    3.5 Winners of the Draw will be notified by phone based on their registered phone number(s) in the Bank’s record. Prizes must be collected personally by the Winner or by an authorised representative. If collection is made by an authorised representative, he/she must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the Winner and his/her original identity card at the point of collection.

    3.6 The Bank reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prizes with any alternative prize or gift of similar value without prior notice.

    3.7 The Prizes or alternative prize or gift are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other prize or gift in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    3.8 The Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Prizes or alternative prize or gift, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose of performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes in respect of the quality, condition or performance of the Prizes or alternative prize or gift is to be resolved directly with the relevant supplier(s).

    3.9 Baiduri Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    4. 0% Instalment Plan Offer

    4.1 Eligible Credit Cardholders will enjoy full processing fee waiver when they convert their purchases into 6 or 12 monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.

    5. General

    5.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    5.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
