Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion begins on 9 June 2021 and ends on 31 August 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of Baiduri Capital (“Eligible Applicants”).

3. Eligible Applicants will enjoy the promotional sales charge with a minimum investment amount of BND1,000 in the respective currency with exception to the following:

Manulife Asia Pacific Investment Grade Bond Fund requires a minimum investment amount of BND5,000.
Lion Global Disruptive Innovation Fund requires a minimum investment amount of BND100 in the respective currency.

4. Qualifying products for the promotional sales charge are stipulated in the table below:

5. This Promotion is governed by Baiduri Capital’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the agreement to transact.

6. Baiduri Capital may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.
