    1. Term
    1.1 This Offer begins on 4 October and ends on 14 December 2023, both dates inclusive or until the items are sold out, whichever is earlier (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at Participating Outlets of Imagine (the “Merchant”) below:
    • Imagine Centre, Yayasan Complex
    • Imagine Centre, Panaga

    2.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”) listed below:
    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the
    Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have seen suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.4 Employees of Imagine Sdn Bhd (Imagine) are not eligible for this Promotion.

    3. Offers
    3.1 The first 100 Eligible Cardholders must meet the following criteria during the Offer Period (“Eligible Applicants”) to enjoy our offer:
    • An existing Imagine customer or subscriber; and
    • Purchase an Apple iPhone 15 Pro or Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max; and
    • Sign up for an Imagine Wish Postpaid Plan on a 24-month contract; or
    • Sign up for a Dream Broadband Plan on a 12-month or 24-month contract

    3.2 Eligible Cardholders will receive the following rebates when they meet the criteria:


    1st to 50th Baiduri Cardholders


    BND100 rebate

    51st to 100th Baiduri Cardholders


    BND60 rebate

    3.3 Full payment must be charged in a single receipt to an Eligible Card for Offer to apply.

    3.4 Each Eligible Cardholder is only entitled to a rebate once throughout the Offer Period.

    3.5 Rebates will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s card account within 14 days after promotion ends.

    3.6 Eligible Credit Cardholders will enjoy 50% off processing fee when they convert their purchases into 6 or 12 monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.

    4. General
    4.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.

    4.2 Baiduri Bank makes no warranty or representation to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of Imagine’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be directed solely to Imagine.

    4.3 Baiduri Bank and Imagine reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer at its discretion.

    4.4 The decision by Baiduri Bank and Imagine on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Important notice: We have updated the Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app on 21 August 2023.

If you have not logged in to your mobile app lately, you will be required to update the app when you open it.

If you have updated the app but have forgotten what your User ID is, you can retrieve it via one of the following:
• Visit Digital Hub at ground level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters
• Visit your nearest Baiduri Bank branch
• Call our 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the Baiduri b.Digital Personal web platform through the “Forgot Password” feature.
