4.2 No lucky draw form is required. Chances are automatically given to Eligible Cardholders.
4.3 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank within three (3) weeks from the end of the Offer Period.
4.4 Baiduri Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
4.5 Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
5. Weekly Offer – Double Friday
5.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend BND10 and above in a single receipt, in which at least one(1) item must be a beverage, with Baiduri Qpay at participating merchants will receive a complimentary beverage. Price of the complimentary beverage must be the same or less than the beverage purchased. If more than one beverage is purchased, the lowest price will apply.
5.2 This Offer is only applicable every Friday within the Offer Period and is limited to 100 cups per merchant per day.
6. General
6.1 This Offer is governed by Baiduri Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.
6.2 Baiduri Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Offer or vary these terms and conditions.
6.3 Baiduri Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters airing out of or in connection with the Offer.
6.4 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.
6.5 Baiduri Bank makes no warranty or representative as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be redirected solely to the Merchant.
6.6 Baiduri Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

This information is mandatory to allow your existing user(s) to proceed with first-time login to the new online business banking service.
