    RBC Singapore Food Festival 2026 Offer Terms and Conditions

    1. Terms

    1.1 The RBC Singapore Food Festival 2026 Offer (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Royal Brunei Catering (the “Merchant”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    1.3 Participation in this Offer also constitutes acceptance of the Merchant’s applicable terms and conditions, which are available at Anjung Saujana Restaurant at Brunei International Airport (the “Participating Outlet”) or upon request.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 10 June 2026 to 4 July 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and/or the Merchant at their discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is applicable exclusively at the Participating Outlet.

    3.2 This Offer is applicable to customers who, during the Offer Period, make payment with any of the following Baiduri credit or debit cards (the “Eligible Cards”) at the Participating Outlet using:

    Debit Cards
    • Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    Persons who fulfill the above criteria shall be referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer (including discounts and eligibility for the lucky draw) applies only to payments made for à la carte dining and dinner buffet at the Participating Outlet and is not applicable to any other purchases or services.

    3.4 Where payment is made using an Eligible Card, the card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated shall be disqualified.

    3.5 Full payment must be made in a single transaction using an Eligible Card via Baiduri payment terminal at the Participating Outlet for the Offer to apply.

    3.6 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and the Merchant are eligible for the Discount Offer only, and shall not be eligible for the Lucky Draw, unless otherwise stated.

    4. Offers

    4.1 Discount Offer

    4.1.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to the following dining discounts during the Offer Period, subject to a minimum spend of BND30 per receipt in a single transaction.

    4.1.2 Each Eligible Card is entitled to one (1) discount redemption per day, capped at BND50 per transaction. Where multiple qualifying transactions are made, only the first eligible transaction per day shall qualify.

    4.2 Lucky Draw

    4.2.1 Eligible Cardholders who meet the requirements of these Terms are entitled to two (2) entries into the lucky draw for a chance to win a prize bundle comprising 30,000 Royal Skies miles, Samsonite luggage, and an Apple AirTag.

    4.2.2 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    4.2.3 The lucky draw will be conducted within a reasonable period after the end of the Offer Period, on a date determined by the Merchant. One (1) winner will be selected via a manual draw conducted by the Merchant and notified directly by the Merchant.

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, as to the quality, condition, or fitness for purpose of any prizes. Any dispute shall be resolved by the relevant supplier or manufacturer, and the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from their use.

    5.3 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Offer or these Terms at any time for valid reasons, with reasonable notice.

    5.4 The Bank and the Merchant’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    5.5 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including but not limited to eligibility verification, prize fulfilment, record-keeping, and the announcement and publication of winners’ names, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the privacy notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising or promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.7 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
