To be entitled for vouchers, a minimum of BND100,000 worth of fresh funds must be deposited upon signing up for the new Baiduri Prestige member.     Prestige referral campaign (“this Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Promotion Period
    1.1 This Promotion begins on 17 April 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive or upon reward are fully utilised, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Promotion is open to all existing Baiduri Prestige members (“Eligible Referrer”) except for the individuals who fall under any of the following categories:
    2.1.1 Individuals whose accounts with Baiduri Bank (the “Bank”) have been suspended or terminated or who have breached any other agreements with the Bank; or
    2.1.2 Individuals who do not currently hold a valid current or savings account; or
    2.1.3 Individuals who are sales staff of the Bank, Baiduri Capital or Baiduri Finance

    2.2 This Promotion is a referral campaign where Eligible Referrer may introduce potential customers (“Referees”) to sign up for Baiduri Prestige membership during the Promotion Period, subject to the eligibility criteria as stipulated in Clause 2.4.3. For avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Referrer may not introduce or refer to himself/herself for this Promotion.

    2.3 The Referees must not have established or terminated their Prestige membership within the past six (6) months prior to the start of this Promotion Period.

    2.4 A referral is considered successful when it satisfies the following conditions (“Successful Referral”):
    2.4.1 Referral is made during the Promotion Period.
    2.4.2 The Referee successfully signs up as a Baiduri Prestige member within one (1) month of the referral date by fulfilling the eligibility criteria stipulated below.
    2.4.3 The Referee deposits a minimum BND100,000 in fresh funds and the said fresh funds can be in any combination of fixed deposits, savings accounts and current accounts under the Bank and/or Baiduri Finance.

    2.5 Fresh funds refer to funds not originating from any existing account with the Bank or Baiduri Finance and funds that are not withdrawn and redeposited during the Promotion Period.

    2.6 A Referee who meets the requirements in Clause 2.4 will be referred to as New Prestige Member.

    2.7 A New Prestige Member must maintain his/her Baiduri Prestige membership eligibility for a minimum of twelve (12) months after establishing the relationship.

    3. Promotion mechanics

    3.1 Upon successful onboarding of the New Prestige Member(s), both Eligible Referrer and Referees will receive the following rewards:

    3.2 Rewards are limited to the first 50 successful Eligible Referrer and first 50 successful Referees.

    3.3 Each Eligible Referrer can only receive a maximum of two (2) rewards during the Promotion.

    3.4 The rewards will be issued to the Eligible Referrer and the New Prestige Member within five (5) working days of the Successful Referral.

    3.5 In the event that one Referee was referred by different Eligible Referrer, then the Referral Form that was received first will be considered the valid referrer

    3.6 An Eligible Referrer must perform the following steps to introduce Referees to the Bank:
    Complete and submit to the Bank, the online referral form for the Promotion (“Referral Form”) by scanning the QR code provided. This QR code is also accessible via The Eligible Referrer will receive an email notification confirming that the completed Referral Form is received by the Bank.

    3.7 The Eligible Referrer shall indemnify the Bank fully from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fines or penalties imposed by regulators or relevant authorities, costs, expenses, fees, charges arising directly or indirectly out of the Eligible Referrer’s failure to obtain consent from the Referee before any personal data relating to the Referee is disclosed to the Bank for the purpose of this Promotion.

    3.8 By submitting the Referral Form to the Bank, the Eligible Referrer shall be deemed to have agreed with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, and that the Bank may process the Referee’s personal data for the purpose of this Promotion, including but not limited to disclosing to a Referee, the identity and other relevant information of the Eligible Referrer to the said Referee.

    4. General

    4.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products/program and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    4.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.

    4.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. Important notice: We have updated the Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app on 21 August 2023.
