    1. Term
    1.1 This offer is valid from 12 August 2024 to 12 September 2024, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Offer is only applicable through online booking at Progresif’s official website (https://www.progresif.com/) (the “Merchant”) subject to full payment.

    2.2 For the purpose of this Offer, only the following cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (the “Eligible Card”):

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have seen suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.4 Staff members of Progresif Sendirian Berhad are not eligible for this Offer.

    3. Offers
    3.1 This Offer is applicable to the first 30 Credit and Debit Cardholders of the Bank (“Eligible Cardholders”).

    3.2 Eligible Cardholders who sign, switch or recontract with any Progresif Postpaid Mobile Plan or Home Wi-Fi Plan on 18 months contract and purchase any Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 or Z Flip6 series with their Baiduri Credit or Debit Card will be entitled to the following rewards:

    • BND200 rebate
    • Casetify voucher worth BND56

    3.3 Full payment must be charged in a single receipt to an Eligible Card for Offer to apply.

    3.4 Each Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to only one (1) cash rebate throughout the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used at the Merchant.

    3.5 Rebate will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s card account within 14 days after the Offer ends.

    3.6 Eligible Cardholder will receive the Casetify voucher during delivery and receipt of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 or Z Flip6.

    3.7 Casetify voucher is only applicable at Casetify official website (www.casetify.com) and follows the validity set by Casetify.

    3.8 Eligible Credit Cardholders will enjoy 50% off processing fee when they convert their purchases into 6 or 12 monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.

    3.10 The Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes or alternative prize or gift, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose of performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes in respect of the quality, condition or performance of the prizes or alternative prize or gift is to be resolved directly with the relevant supplier(s).

    4. General
    4.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms).

    4.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.
    4.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    4.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    4.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
