    Turn your shopping into rewards (“this Offer”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Term
    1.1 This Offer is valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 November 2024, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Offer is only applicable for online purchases made on the website of Maribali at www.maribali.com.bn (the “Merchant”).

    2.2 For the purpose of this Offer, only the following Cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (the “Eligible Cardholder”):
    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Mastercard Platinum Debit Card

    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    3. Cash rebate
    3.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a 30% cash rebate for transactions of BND30 and above in a single transaction at the Merchant during the Offer Period (“Eligible Transaction”).

    3.2 Each Eligible Cardholder is only entitled to only one (1) cash rebate per Maribali merchant per day which is capped at BND30. If an Eligible Cardholder makes multiple transactions that fulfil the criteria specified above, they will receive the cash rebate for the first eligible transaction made.

    3.3 Offer is limited to the first three hundred (300) transactions throughout the Offer Period.

    3.4 Cash rebate will be credited to each Eligible Cardholder’s card account within 21 days from the transaction date.

    4. Lucky Draw
    4.1 Eligible Cardholder must spend a minimum of BND30 in a single transaction with their Baiduri Credit or Debit Card to be eligible for three (3) chances in the lucky draw (the “Draw”).

    4.2 Thirty (30) winners (individually, a “Winner” and collectively, “Winners”) will be chosen via a draw conducted using an electronic system on such date as the Bank may determine at its own discretion.

    4.3 Each Winner will receive a Maribali e-coupon worth BND30 and can be used at any Maribali vendor (the “Prize”). Winner will be contacted by Merchant on e-coupon utilisation.

    4.4 No lucky draw forms are required; chances are automatically given to Eligible Cardholders.

    4.5 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found to be disqualified from the Draw.

    4.6 Winners of the Draw will be notified on the Bank’s social media channels.

    4.7 Prizes or alternative prize or gift are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other prize or gift in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    4.8 The Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Prizes or alternative prize or gift, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose of performance or otherwise whatsoever. Any disputes in respect of the quality, condition or performance of the Prizes or alternative prize or gift is to be resolved directly with the relevant supplier(s).

    4.9 Baiduri Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    5. General
    5.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms).

    5.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
