    Shop with a purpose (this “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Term

    1.1 This Offer is valid from 10 December 2023 until 10 March 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Offer is applicable at the online purchasing platform as well as physical stores of Kaimana Living (the “Merchant”), located at:
     
    • Unit 201A, 2nd floor, Mabohai Shopping Complex and Kaimana Living, and
    • Ground Floor Unit B1, Shop 81, Jalan Bunga Rambai, Kuala Belait
     
    2.2 This Offer is applicable to the following Baiduri Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Mastercard Platinum Debit Card

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing (as determined by the Bank). If the Card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).
     
    2.4 Staff members of Baiduri Bank and its subsidiary companies are not eligible for this Offer.
     
    3. Offer mechanics

    3.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for every minimum spend of BND50 in a single receipt (an “Eligible Transaction”).

    3.2 Full payment must be charged to a valid Baiduri Credit or Debit Card (subject to Clause 2.2) at the Merchant for the Offer to apply.

    3.3 Chances accumulated for spending on a Supplementary Card will be reflected under the Principal Card account.

    3.4 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of calculating the number of Eligible Transactions.

    4. Prizes

    4.1 Winners will be selected in random computerised draws to win the following:

    4.2 All winners will be notified by phone based on the registered phone number(s) with Baiduri Bank.

    4.3 Prizes must be collected in person or by an authorised representative. The representative must present the original duly completed authorization letter from the winner and the representative’s original identity card at point of collection.

    4.4 The prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable or exchangeable for cash. All prizes do not include tax and stamp duty charges.

    4.5 Baiduri Bank reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.

    4.6 Baiduri Bank reserves the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    4.7 Baiduri Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage any Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

    5.2 Baiduri Bank makes no warranty or representative as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the prizes and the goods and services offered by Kaimana Living. Any disputes are to be directed solely to Kaimana Living.

    5.3. Baiduri Bank and Kaimana Living reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at their sole discretion.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
