    Shop the smart way, everyday! (this “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

    1. Term
    1.1 This Promotion is valid from 10 November 2023 to 9 January 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

    1.2 By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

    2. Eligibility
    2.1 You will qualify for this Promotion (“Eligible Cardholders”) if:
    (a) you are a new Principal or Supplementary Baiduri Credit Cardholder or Baiduri Debit Cardholder who has applied for a Baiduri Credit Card or Baiduri Debit Card (“Eligible Card”) during the Promotion Period whose Eligible Card application has been approved by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (“the Bank”) (“New Eligible Cardholders”); or

    (b) you are an existing Principal or Supplementary Eligible Card cardholder during the Promotion Period; or

    (c) you are a new user or existing registered user of Baiduri Qpay during the Promotion Period.
    2.2 To qualify for the benefit of this Promotion, the Eligible Cardholders’ accounts must be active and are in good standing with the Bank during the Promotion Period.

    2.3 If the Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled, or terminated during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Cardholder will be disqualified from this Promotion.

    2.4 Transactions on the Eligible Card that meet the Promotion Mechanics during the Promotion Period are considered as eligible transactions.

    2.5 Transactions on the Eligible Card in the form of monthly instalment of a new or existing 0% Instalment Plan, cash withdrawals, balance transfers, reversals, refunds, disputed purchases, Bank’s levied fees or charges and payments or credits on the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period will be excluded from being an eligible transaction.

    2.6 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible for this Promotion.

    3. Promotion Mechanics

    3.1 New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer
    3.1.1 New Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to annual fee waivers as follows:

    (a) 4-year annual fee waiver for Royal Brunei Visa Credit and Debit Cards; and

    (b) 2-year annual fee waiver for any other Baiduri Credit or Debit Cards.

    3.1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the above offer is extended to up to four (4) supplementary credit cardholders (if applicable).
    3.2 Monthly Draw
    3.2.1 Eligible Cardholders must spend a minimum of BND20 in a single receipt on an Eligible Card or through Baiduri Qpay during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the following monthly draw chances:

    3.2.2 Baiduri merchants can be identified by payment acceptance decals displayed at Point of Sale or within the merchant premises.

    3.2.3 For each month of November and December, fifteen (15) Winners (individually, a “Winner” and collectively, “Winners”) will be chosen from each of the following Qualifying Periods stated below:

    3.2.4 The draws will be conducted using an electronic system on 11 December 2023 (the “1st Draw Date”) and on 10 January 2024 (the “2nd Draw Date”) (collectively known as the “Draw Dates”) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its own discretion without prior notice.

    3.2.5 Winners from the 1st Draw Date will be randomly drawn to win one of the following prizes:

    2. Travel voucher worth BND500
    3. Travel voucher worth BND500
    4. 3-Day 2-Night hotel stay with dining package
    5. Pampering package worth BND500

    3.3.2 The Grand Draw will be conducted using an electronic system on 10 January 2024 (the “Grand Draw Date”) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its own discretion without prior notice.

    3.3.3 Winners from the Grand Draw will be randomly drawn to win the following prizes:
    (a) First Prize
    Home improvement package with electrical appliances worth BND15,000. Package includes home detailing and furniture.

    (b) Second Prize
    Staycation package at The Abode Resort & Spa in the Family Riverfront Tent with Explore Temburong package worth BND3,400.

    (c) Third Prize
    Camping set with portable projector worth BND1,500 and BND500 lifestyle vouchers.
    3.3.4 The Bank will contact the Winners by phone call via the Winner’s registered phone number(s) in the Bank’s records within two (2) weeks after the Promotion Period to attend a prize presentation. The date of the prize presentation will also be informed via the phone call.

    3.3.5 If the Winners are unable to attend in person, they must prepare an authorisation letter and specify the collector’s full name and identification card number.

    3.3.6 Prizes from the 1st Draw Date, 2nd Draw Date and Grand Draw are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    3.3.7 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any Winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified from the draw.

    3.3.8 The Bank shall be entitled to use the names, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of the Winners for publicity materials; and may engage the Winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank determines.

    4. General
    4.1 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Eligible Cardholder’s personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third party for the purpose of this Promotion and the Eligible Cardholder confirms that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com

    4.2 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    4.3 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion or vary any of the Terms of this Promotion.

    4.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    4.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Important notice: We have updated the Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app on 21 August 2023.

If you have not logged in to your mobile app lately, you will be required to update the app when you open it.

If you have updated the app but have forgotten what your User ID is, you can retrieve it via one of the following:
• Visit Digital Hub at ground level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters
• Visit your nearest Baiduri Bank branch
• Call our 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the Baiduri b.Digital Personal web platform through the “Forgot Password” feature.
