Unit Trust & Securities Trading Promotion (“this promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Term
1.1 This Promotion begins on 15 June 2022 and ends on 6 July 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
1.2 This Promotion is open to all new and existing customers of Baiduri Capital (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Offer
2.1 Eligible Customers are entitled to two (2) free trades with a minimum amount of BND10,000 or equivalent in respective currency invested in any of the Unit Trusts offered by Baiduri Capital, where Baiduri Capital will determine the applicable rate of conversion for the purpose of calculating its equivalent in BND.
2.2 Eligible Customers can accumulate investments when they subscribe separately to different Unit Trusts offered by Baiduri Capital on the same day under the same name.
2.3 Each Eligible Customer is limited to a maximum of twenty (20) free trades for the duration of the Promotion.
2.4 A free trade is defined as full reimbursement of brokerage fees only and up to a cap of BND100 per trade. Dealer assisted trades are excluded.
2.5 Eligible customers will be receiving their free trades via cash reimbursement to their Baiduri bank account at end of the promotion period.
2.6 Free trades are applicable for a period of eight (8) weeks only and the validity period is to be effective upon confirmation of Unit Trust subscription.
2.7 Any unutilised free trades after eight (8) weeks or 4 September 2022, whichever is later will be forfeited.
2.8 All new to Securities Trading customers must abide to all the prevailing terms and conditions governing Baiduri Capital Securities Trading Account.
2.9 For joint accounts, only one account holder shall be entitled to the free trades.
2.10 Employees of Baiduri Bank, Baiduri Capital and Baiduri Finance are not eligible for this Promotion.
3. General
3.1 This Promotion is governed by Baiduri Capital’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the agreement to transact.
3.2 Baiduri Capital may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.
3.3 Baiduri Capital reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. Its determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
