What do I need for using my Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card online?
  First, you need to ensure that your current mobile number is the same one as the one registered in our system. This ensures that the One Time Password (OTP) reaches you.

Simply call our 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666 to check or update your mobile number.
 
How do I get started?
For your first online transaction with your Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card, you will get diverted to a UnionPay page. You will be required to register your details as follows:-
 
An SMS code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Once you have entered the SMS code you will then be able to proceed with your online transaction.
After this is done, you will no longer need to register again for future online purchases. However, you will need to enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number.
 
Do I need to use my PIN for online purchases?
  The PIN is only required for retail purchases and withdrawals via ATM. You will not be required to enter your PIN for online purchases.
