| How do I qualify for the Baiduri Education Loan? |
| You may qualify for the Baiduri Education Loan under either of the following schemes: |

| Scheme A: Career Education |
| If you are a student and you would like to pursue further studies in an institute of higher learning locally or overseas. You will need to apply for the loan under a sponsor, who fulfils the following criteria: |
- Brunei citizen or permanent resident aged between 21-54 years
- A parent, guardian or close relative of the student.
- Full time employee of the Brunei Government, semi-Government organisation, Brunei Shell Petroleum or private sector company
- Net monthly salary of BND1,500 and above, assigned to Baiduri Bank.

| Scheme B: Professional Education |
| If you are currently working and would like to pursue a part-time1 postgraduate, vocational or professional qualification to enhance your career prospects. You'll need to fulfill the following criteria: |
- Brunei citizen or permanent resident aged between 21-54 years
- Full time employee of the Brunei Government, semi-Government organisation, Brunei Shell Petroleum or private sector company
- Net monthly salary of BND1,500 and above, assigned to Baiduri Bank.

| How much can I borrow? |
| You can loan up to a maximum of BND200,00 under Scheme A , or a maximum of BND100,000 under Scheme B2. The loan amount is inclusive of registration, tuition fee, one-way air fare, book allowances and accommodation expenses. |

| What is the interest rate? |
| An interest rate of prime (currently 5.5%) plus 2.5% will be levied on a monthly reducing basis3. |

| What about loan repayment? |
| Our Education Loan is tailored to your repayment ability and financial goals. You have the flexibility to spread your repayments over a period of up to 7 years under Scheme A, or up to 5 years under Scheme B . |
