Baiduri Bank and Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) are proud to announce its partnership for the 10th MSME Empowerment Series, aimed at supporting the growth of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This collaboration represents a cornerstone of Baiduri Bank's CSR initiatives, reflecting the company’s unwavering commitment to empowering MSMEs on their journey to success. The workshop was held at the iCentre located at the Anggerek Desa Technology Park, led by renowned content strategist – Walter Lim, Director and Chief Content Strategist at Cooler Insights.
Ti Eng Hui, Chief Executive Officer of Baiduri Bank, remarked, "At Baiduri Bank, we deeply acknowledge the critical role that MSMEs play in the economic landscape. Our continued partnership with DARe exemplifies our dedication to equipping these enterprises with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in today's digital age. The 10th MSME Empowerment Series, with its steadfast focus on digitalization and innovation in social media marketing, stands as another testament to our shared commitment to empowering local businesses."
The one-day workshop focused on the dynamic realms of digitalisation and innovation in marketing. About 60 enthusiastic participants had the unique opportunity to delve into how these pivotal elements can truly transform their approach to social media marketing, ultimately yielding tangible results for their businesses.
Throughout the workshop, participants embarked on a journey to comprehend and appreciate the ever-evolving landscape of social networks. They explored each social media platform’s unique potential for business growth, from established giants such as Facebook and Instagram to the trending sensations of TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the omnipresence of instant messaging (IM) channels like WhatsApp and Telegram.
Participants also delved into the psychology of consumer behavior, effective community management and data-driven analytics. Empowered with this knowledge, they are better equipped to optimise their marketing campaigns and strategies and measure their impact with precision; creating compelling social media content that resonate with their intended clientele and adapt to different stages of customer engagement.
