DARe LINKS is a digital procurement platform under the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB), primarily to connect clients with vendors and provide MSMEs with direct access to tender opportunities. The session received a positive response with around 50 local companies, which were mostly from the BEDB ecosystem. Through this session, the companies were offered step-by-step guidance on how to register, navigate, and participate for projects via the platform.

As part of the Bank’s commitment to fostering MSME resilience, Baiduri shared details of upcoming tenders for services such as cleaning, printing supplies, and stationery — encouraging eligible vendors to participate and engage with new opportunities.

The session also included a sharing session on Baiduri Bank’s tailored business financing solutions, developed to empower MSMEs to scale sustainably and address evolving operational needs.

“DARe LINKS is a simple tool that bridges the gap between opportunity and accessibility for Brunei’s MSMEs,” said Mohd Isa Liew Mohd Amin Liew, Head of Business Banking at Baiduri Bank. “By consolidating tenders and procurement opportunities from corporate and government linked companies into a single accessible platform, DARe LINKS remedies some of the biggest challenges MSMEs face such as tender expertise, transparency and accessibility.”

The Bank encourages interested vendors and service providers to register, stay updated on procurement opportunities via the DARe LINKS platform, and take part in Brunei’s growing digital business ecosystem. BEDB welcomes interest from other corporate partners seeking to collaborate on similar sessions aimed at expanding market access and strengthening Brunei’s digital business ecosystem.
