Baiduri Bank marked the conclusion of its "A Saving Habit That Rewards" campaign today with a grand prize presentation ceremony at Baiduri Bank Headquarters, celebrating both the grand prize winners and the final monthly draw winners.

The campaign ran from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2023 and was a success in encouraging savings among new and existing deposit accountholders of Baiduri Bank and Baiduri Finance. Throughout the campaign, participants had the opportunity to win exciting prizes for every BND500 increase in their total average daily balance from the base month of March 2023.

The grand draw featured cash prizes of BND50,000, BND20,000, and BND10,000.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Business Development, Pengiran Azaleen bin Pengiran Dato Haji Mustapha, conveyed his congratulations and gratitude. “It has been a remarkable 'A Saving Habit That Rewards’ campaign and we are grateful for the enthusiastic participation from our customers. We believe that saving is the foundation of a secure financial future, and we are proud to have been a part of this journey with you," he stated.

Pengiran Azaleen presented the grand draw prizes to the winners. The lucky winner of the highly coveted grand prize of BND50,000 is Muhd Fikri Abd Ghani.

Lim Bee Gek and Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Kapitan Lela Diraja Dato Paduka Goh King Chin/Datin Chang Nyuk Lee won BND20,000, and BND10,000 respectively.

Speaking on his grand prize win, 29-year-old Muhd Fikri said, "I want to thank Baiduri Bank for this amazing campaign. To me, saving isn't just about putting money away; it's about making your dreams come true and having a better future. I like the freedom and peace of mind that come from having money set aside."

Head of Retail Banking, Lim Kian Chiong, presented the prizes for the final monthly draw of the campaign.

Five winners for the last monthly draw were also announced: Wong Boo King/Chong Kui Fah, Ting Kah Kiong, Chua Kheng Taat/Tsen Tze Khiong, Ang Lee Kiaw and Lau Xi Cheng. Each of these winners took home a cash prize of BND1,000.

Even as the 'A Saving Habit That Rewards' campaign came to an end, Baiduri Bank aspires to continue playing a role in helping individuals prepare for their financial goals and achieving financial security.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
