Baiduri Bank will be participating in Consumer Fair Part 31, taking place from 25 to 29 June 2025 at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas. With a focus on creating meaningful financial experiences, Baiduri Bank’s booth will offer exclusive product promotions, engaging activities, and personalised consultations designed to help customers take confident steps in their financial journey.

Throughout the five-day event, visitors will be able to enjoy a range of rewards and benefits. Eco-friendly Baiduri merchandise will be given to those who complete a financial consultation or sign up for selected products, while a quick and fun quiz offers participants the chance to win 5,000 Royal Skies miles.

Visitors exploring Baiduri Bank’s financial products will find exciting deals on offer. These include annual fee waivers of up to four years for Baiduri Credit and Debit Cards, and 50% off processing fees for Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan.

For those planning major life goals such as home ownership or personal milestones, special financing rates will be available—as low as 5.25% EIR for personal loans and 3.70% EIR for home ownership loans with a subsidy of up to 4% or capped at BND18,000. From now until 30 October 2025, successful loan applicants stand to win up to BND5,000 rebate on interest in the grand draw and travel vouchers worth up to BND200 in the monthly draws.

Customers who explore retirement savings solutions and complete financial health checks with our financial planners will receive a complimentary BND5 coffee voucher. The first 20 customers who sign up for a qualifying savings and protection plan will also receive exclusive Baiduri limited merchandise.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
