Revised fee for Fund Transfer to Overseas Banks related services
Effective 1 August 2025, the fee for Fund Transfer to Overseas Banks related services will be revised to BND25 per request.
BAIDURI BANK LAUNCHES FINANCING CAMPAIGN TO HELP CUSTOMERS TAKE THE NEXT SMART STEP

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting financial wellness and empowering individuals to make confident decisions, Baiduri Bank has launched a new campaign titled “Your Future Starts with a Smart Step.”

Running until 30 October 2025, the campaign offers competitive packages for both personal and home loans, complemented by exclusive rewards and financial tools designed to support customers in achieving their goals.

Through this campaign, customers applying for Personal Loans can benefit from effective interest rates starting as low as 5.25% per annum. The financing is available for a minimum loan amount of BND10,000 and a minimum tenure of three years. For every BND10,000 in approved loans, customers will receive one entry into the campaign’s lucky draw.

For those seeking Home Loans, Baiduri Bank is offering effective interest rates as low as 3.7% per annum. Eligible customers must apply for a minimum loan amount of BND100,000. As part of the campaign, home loan customers may also receive up to BND18,000 in subsidised professional fees. In addition, for every BND50,000 in approved home loans, customers will receive one entry into the lucky draw.

Throughout the promotion period, participants will stand a chance to win monthly prizes including travel or home vouchers worth up to BND200. At the end of the campaign, grand draw winners will be eligible for interest rebates of up to BND5,000.

To support customers in making informed financial decisions, Baiduri Bank is encouraging the use of its online Loan Calculator, accessible via QR code or through the Bank’s official website. The tool is designed to help customers estimate their loan eligibility within minutes, allowing prospective borrowers to gain a clearer understanding of their borrowing power, and offers a seamless transition to the online application process.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
