Important Notice: Revised interest rate for Baiduri Prime Saver Savings Account

BAIDURI BANK LAUNCHES HOME LOAN CENTRE, RENAMES THE ONE BRANCH

Baiduri Bank is proud to announce the renaming of The One branch, located at Batu Satu, as the Home Loan Centre (HLC), a dedicated hub for all mortgage loan services, including Property Investment Loans. This new centre centralises mortgage applications, giving clients direct access to a team of specialised Mortgage Loan Consultants.

The launch of the Home Loan Centre aligns with Baiduri Bank’s strategic focus on enhancing the customer experience by offering expert, personalised mortgage solutions. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned property investors, customers can expect dedicated support throughout the loan process.

Lim Kian Chiong, Head of Retail Banking at Baiduri Bank, stated, "The Home Loan Centre delivers tailored advice and solutions through our team of consultants, making the mortgage process more efficient and customer-centric. By bringing all mortgage services under one roof, we ensure our clients receive the expert attention they need to make informed decisions about their home loans."

Effective 25 September 2024, the Home Loan Centre will will focus solely on mortgage services. The centre will operate under regular branch hours. ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) will continue to be available for customer convenience.

To apply for a home loan, customers can visit Baiduri Bank’s website and access the online application portal by navigating to the “Loans” section. The application process, which takes less than 15 minutes, involves filling in the required details and submitting the form online. Once submitted, a member of the Baiduri Bank team will contact the customer within three working days to schedule an appointment at either the Home Loan Centre or their preferred branch.

Customers may also visit the Home Loan Centre directly for immediate consultation. For those visiting other Baiduri Bank branches, their details will be referred to the Home Loan Centre for follow-up. As the Home Loan Consultants are part of a mobile team, they may also assist customers directly at other branches, depending on availability.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
