BAIDURI BANK PARTICIPATES IN 27TH CONSUMER FAIR

Baiduri Bank makes its return to the Consumer Fair with a bagful of promotions for its customers and members of the public, running from 14th June to 18th June at Booths 59 and 60 at the International Convention Centre.

Lim Kian Chiong, Head of Retail Banking, said,”We’ve lined up some fantastic promotions for new and existing customers to encourage good financial habits, while also making our products more accessible and affordable.”

‘A Saving Habit That Rewards’ Promotion

To promote the importance of saving, customers who open a savings account or increase their savings with Baiduri Bank stand a chance to win BND50,000, plus other attractive prizes in the monthly and grand draws. Customers will receive one chance for every BND500 increase in their total average daily balance from the base month of March 2023.

Card Offers

The first 50 new to bank customers to successfully sign up for any Baiduri Credit Card will receive 2,000 Royal Skies miles.

The first 50 existing and new to bank customers to successfully apply for a Credit Card balance transfer will receive 1,000 Royal Skies miles.

Additionally, successful applicants of a Baiduri Credit and Debit Card can enjoy two years fee waiver; and four years fee waiver for any Royal Brunei Visa Card by Baiduri Bank.

Personal Financing Promotions

The first 150 new to bank customers who successfully apply for a personal loan can look forward to fast approval and welcome gifts of up to BND100 cashback. Both new and existing customers can enjoy further value as five winners will also be randomly selected to win BND500 cashback every month.

For those considering buying their new home or investment property, the Bank also offers mortgage loan with promotional Effective Interest Rate as low as 4% per annum. Other offers include processing fee waiver, free one-time partial payment and up to BND400 welcome bonus for new and existing customers.


Wealth Management and Investment Promotions

Customers can enjoy an exclusive interest rate of 3% per annum when they place a minimum of BND10,000 fresh funds in a 12-month fixed deposit.

Customers who attend a consultation with any financial planners at the Fair will receive coffee vouchers, as well as instant dips for every life insurance policy sign up.

The Bank’s subsidiary, Baiduri Capital, is also offering exclusive gifts for new Unit Trust subscriptions, while stocks last.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
