Baiduri Bank Presents Traffic Assessment Report To Ministry Of Development
23 July 2020

Bandar Seri Begawan, 23 July 2020 – Baiduri Bank today presented a Traffic Assessment Report (TAR) to Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Ir. Awang Haji Suhaimi bin Haji Gafar, Minister of Development. Present to handover the TAR were Mr Ti Eng Hui, CEO of Baiduri Bank and Pengiran Azaleen PD Haji Mustapha, Deputy CEO – Business Development.

The Traffic Assessment Report, prepared by U.D.C Internationale’ Sdn Bhd, is an initiative from Baiduri Bank in response to the anticipated increased traffic along Jalan Gadong where the Baiduri Bank Headquarters began its operations began on 6 July 2020.

“Ever since our [the Bank’s] relocation to our new Headquarters at 1 Jalan Gadong from Kiarong Complex, we anticipate a large influx of customers from within the area to frequent the headquarters to carry out their banking needs. As such, we initiated a traffic flow study to analyse the impact that our new Headquarters would have and to present our appointed consultant’s recommendations on how to mitigate the anticipated increased traffic,” said Mr Ti when speaking on the objective of the TAR. He further elaborated that the Traffic Assessment Report is Baiduri Bank’s contribution to the neighbourhood and hopes the report will assist in developing solutions towards easing the flow of traffic in the area.

“Our Headquarters is strategically located to make it more accessible to our customers around the area with a wider variety of banking solutions under one roof, we wanted to ensure that our customers and the general public are able to conduct their banking needs with minimal disruption.”

The new Baiduri Bank Headquarters was opened to the public on 6 July 2020. For more information on Baiduri Bank’s products and services, contact the 24-hour Customer Helpline at 244 9666, visit the website www.baiduri.com or follow @baiduribank on social media.
