Baiduri Bank has been recognised at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026, receiving the Brunei Employee Engagement of the Year – Banking award for the third consecutive year, in recognition of its sustained focus on people-led transformation. In addition, Ti Eng Hui, Chief Executive Officer of Baiduri Bank, was named Brunei Executive of the Year - Banking.
In a citation, the Asian Management Excellence Awards recognised Baiduri Bank for its forward-looking employee engagement strategy, driven by Ti Eng Hui’s leadership. Through actionable insights provided by its Annual Employee Experience Survey (AEES) and engagement initiatives, the Bank has strengthened workforce resilience through continuous learning, wellbeing, and open communication.
Over the past year, Baiduri Bank has continued to invest in its people through targeted leadership and mentoring programmes, expanded learning and development initiatives, and a sustained focus on employee wellbeing and engagement. The Bank recorded a 79% engagement rate in its AEES, surpassing Asia Pacific and global benchmarks.
