BAIDURI BANK RETURNS TO THE 32ND CONSUMER FAIR WITH EXCLUSIVE OFFERS AND INTERACTIVE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCES

Baiduri Bank returns to the 32nd Consumer Fair 2026, taking place from 28 January to 1 February 2026 at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas, with a wide range of exclusive card and financing offers, interactive activities, and rewards designed to help customers take confident steps towards better financial wellbeing.

Running daily from 10am to 8pm, with extended hours until 9pm on Saturday, Baiduri Bank will be located at Booths P109, P110, P121 and P122 at the Plenary Hall, where visitors can explore special promotions on credit cards, personal financing, and home financing solutions, alongside fun and educational engagements for all ages.

For customers planning ahead, the Bank is also featuring its Personal and Home Financing campaign, offering competitive effective interest rates and the chance to win attractive prizes. Approved applicants also stand a chance to win rebates worth up to BND12,500, with five lucky winners rewarded across tiers, with a grand prize of BND5,000. Customers applying for home financing can also explore options that include subsidies of up to 4% of the approved loan amount, capped at BND18,000, and lucky draw entries for every approved loan.

To support informed decision-making, visitors can try Baiduri Bank’s Loan Calculator, which provides an estimate of loan entitlement in just minutes. Those who complete a loan calculation at the fair will receive a BND10 coffee voucher, making financial planning easier and more rewarding.

As part of its exclusive card promotions at the Consumer Fair, all new and existing Baiduri cardholders can enjoy a 5% cash rebate when using their Baiduri cards at participating merchants at the Consumer Fair. The Bank is also offering annual fee waivers of up to four years on its Royal Brunei Visa Cards and three years on other Baiduri credit and debit cards.

New Royal Brunei Visa Card applicants will also receive an exclusive limited-edition card design, specially issued to commemorate Royal Brunei’s 50th Anniversary, making it a meaningful keepsake for aviation and travel enthusiasts. In addition, customers transferring balances from other banks to selected Royal Brunei Visa Credit Cards will receive 1,000 Royal Skies miles. Customers may also benefit from a full processing fee waiver on the 0% Instalment Plan (6 and 12 months) for eligible purchases made during the fair.

Through interactive tools such as the Money Personality Quiz and Investment Personality Quiz, participants stand a chance to win BND50 dining vouchers. A Financial Literacy Quiz will also be available, with one lucky participant winning 5,000 Royal Skies miles.

Visitors who successfully sign up for selected products will enjoy extra rewards, including exclusive eco-friendly merchandise and chances to win additional Royal Skies miles. Throughout the fair, Baiduri Bank will also run instant giveaways and a Spin-the-Wheel activity to create a lively and engaging experience at the booth.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
