Baiduri Bank is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming Consumer Fair, where it will present a range of exclusive promotions for customers. The Consumer Fair Part 29 is scheduled to take place over five days, from Wednesday, 26 June to Sunday, 30 June. Baiduri Bank will be located at Booths P181 to P185 in the Plenary Hall of the International Convention Centre.

30th Anniversary Campaign on spotlight

Commemorating thirty years of remarkable contributions to Brunei's prosperity, Baiduri Bank is currently celebrating its 30th Anniversary Campaign. Running from 1 April to 30 September 2024, both new and existing customers are invited to join this celebration with generous rewards.

Under the theme “With You Through Every Chapter,” the Baiduri Bank 30th Anniversary Campaign is open to customers of Baiduri Bank, Baiduri Finance, and Baiduri Capital. The campaign offers numerous opportunities for customers to earn winning chances through draw entries, with eligible products including various home and personal financing loans, a diverse suite of deposit products, as well as a selection of cards, insurance, banking programmes, and investment options.

As part of this ongoing celebration, there are two grand prize draws remaining. These will reward twelve winners with prizes thoughtfully selected to reflect the bank's commitment to sustainability and the pursuit of exceptional experiences. The second grand draw features an All-Electric MINI Cooper as the top prize, BND10,000 for investment into Baiduri Prime Saver, Unit Trust, or Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) as the second prize, and a holiday for two to Türkiye as the third prize, along with additional bonus prizes including exclusive premium gadgets.

The final grand draw offers "THE NEW BMW iX1" as the top prize, followed by BND10,000 for investment into Baiduri Prime Saver, Unit Trust, or Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) as the second prize, and a holiday for two to South Africa as the third prize. Additional bonus prizes include exclusive premium gadgets.

The qualifying periods for these draws are as follows: the second grand draw runs from 1 April 2024 to 31 July 2024, while the final grand draw extends from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
