Baiduri Bank will participate in the highly anticipated UBD Career Fair 2023, which will be held at UBD Chancellor Hall from Wednesday, 12 July to Friday, 14 July 2023.

The annual event attracts a diverse range of employers from different industries, including educational institutions, food and beverages, communications, health and various government agencies. It serves as a valuable platform for job seekers, offering walk-in interviews for full-time and part-time positions, as well as internship placements.

The UBD Career Fair will host a series of activities, including scheduled CV writing and interview clinics, and career and inspirational talks. Those interested in pursuing a career at Baiduri Bank are encouraged to visit the Baiduri Bank booth located at Hall 1, where they can learn more about current job vacancies and the Bank's people development and engagement initiatives.

Speaking on the career fair, Florance Han, Talent Lead of Group Human Resources at Baiduri Bank said, “As the leading conventional bank in the country, we highly value our participation in various career fairs. They provide us with the opportunity to connect with jobseekers and showcase our company culture and values. These platforms also allow us to share the latest HR trends and insights on career opportunities in the financial services industry.”

In addition to their presence at the career fair, Baiduri Bank will also be launching a dedicated online Recruitment Portal at the event. Accessible through the Careers section on the Bank’s website, this convenient platform aims to streamline the job application process. With its user-friendly interface, applicants can manage their profiles, search for vacancies, respond to job offers and check application updates.

As part of Baiduri Bank's HR digital transformation journey in 2020, the digitalisation of the recruitment process is an extension of the successful internal rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, a comprehensive human resource (HR) solution for core HR functions and talent management. This strategic move is set to boost efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience, aligning with Baiduri Bank's commitment to embracing digital innovation for continuous improvement.

Prospective candidates interested in joining Baiduri Bank are encouraged to prepare digital copies of their CV, Cover Letter, Identity Card and highest education certificates in PDF format to apply through the online portal, as physical copies will not be accepted. Walk-in interviews will also be available, providing an opportunity for direct engagement with the Bank's recruitment team.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
