Personal Financing Offers
Customers looking for financial flexibility can take advantage of special promotions on Baiduri Bank’s Personal Loan, Consolidation Loan, and Home Renovation Loan. For a limited time, eligible applicants can enjoy a promotional interest rate starting from as low as 5.5% EIR. Additionally, they will receive vouchers valued at up to 1.2% of the approved loan amount, along with a 50% reduction in processing fees.

Customers who apply for any of the Personal Financing products together with a Baiduri Bank credit card will be eligible for a four-year annual fee waiver on the Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card and Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card.

Selected Baiduri Credit Cards, including Baiduri Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum, Visa Classic, Mastercard Platinum, and Mastercard Standard, will come with a three-year annual fee waiver. Upon activation of the credit card and a cumulative spending of BND500 within 60 days, customers will also receive a BND50 bill rebate.

Home Financing Offers
Baiduri Bank is also offering a Home Loan Promotion with attractive financing options for those looking to purchase their home, refinance their existing home loans or tap into the value of their property for extra funds.

For a limited time, customers can enjoy promotional interest rates, subsidies, and fee waivers across the following products: Home Ownership Loan for purchasing a new home, Home Refinancing Loan for refinancing existing home loans, and Home Equity Loan for using their existing property to secure additional financing. Customers can benefit from promotional interest rates starting from 4.0% EIR and a subsidy of up to 4% of the approved loan amount, capped at BND18,000. The Bank also provides financing for associated costs of up to 10% of the Open Market Value for certain loans.

Additionally, as a one-time offer, customers refinancing from other banks can enjoy a subsidy of up to 2% on early settlement fees, capped at BND5,000. Meanwhile, for Home Ownership Loans, customers can benefit from a 50% discount on early or partial repayment fees if they choose to settle their loan from the sixth year onwards.
